GIOVANNA BACIGALUPI oversees the business and administrative operations of the Anthropological Studies Center, including financial management, budgeting, contracts, personnel administration, purchasing, invoicing, and indirect cost management. She manages ASC’s annual operating budget and oversees the fiscal and administrative aspects of approximately 50 client contracts each year. Giovanna interprets and applies University, CSU, sponsor, and contracting requirements and works with private, local, state, and federal agencies on contracts, budgets, invoicing, and compliance. She serves as ASC’s Appropriate Administrator, overseeing personnel administration and supervising ASC’s administrative operations and staff. With more than 18 years at ASC, Giovanna brings extensive institutional knowledge and experience managing the financial, contractual, and operational requirements that support ASC’s projects.
